Bluegraph data files: terms of use

These files hold observations collected by Bluegraph (bluegraph.io) from
public sources. Each station's row in the stations table names its owner,
where the data come from (source) and the terms they are shared under
(terms).

- U.S. federal data (NOAA's National Data Buoy Center and CO-OPS, the
  National Weather Service, and other federal agencies) are in the public
  domain.
- Data from Environment and Climate Change Canada's stations are shared
  under the Open Government Licence – Canada:
  https://open.canada.ca/en/open-government-licence-canada
  Contains information licensed under the Open Government Licence – Canada.
- Other owners' data (universities, regional ocean observing systems and
  others) are published by NOAA's National Data Buoy Center; see each
  owner's terms before redistributing them.

Surface currents come from the U.S. national HF radar network (IOOS), as
served by NOAA NDBC.

Bluegraph's own work in these files (the selection, the tables and their
arrangement) may be used freely. Please credit the data's owners and
Bluegraph. The files are provided as they are, without warranty; readings
are as the sources reported them, and a reading may be wrong.
